Welke gegevens we gebruiken
Als je de app gebruikt
- Je naam, je gebruikerscode en, als je die opgeeft, je e-mailadres en telefoonnummer.
- Je voortgang in de challenge: afgevinkte gewoontes, metingen, foto's die je zelf oplaadt, punten en bestellingen die je zelf ingeeft.
- Berichten met je coach en met de chatassistent in de app.
- Als je meldingen aanzet: de technische gegevens die nodig zijn om je meldingen te sturen.
Als je als coach je Instagram koppelt
- De naam en het ID van je Instagram-account en de toegangssleutel die Instagram ons geeft na je toestemming.
- Je reels en posts, zodat je er een kan kiezen in de app.
- De reacties onder de reel die je koppelt, en de gebruikersnaam en het ID van wie reageert.
- De berichten in de gesprekken die zo starten.
Als je reageert onder de reel van een coach
Dan krijgen wij je Instagram-gebruikersnaam en -ID, je reactie en de berichten die je daarna met de coach uitwisselt. Die gebruiken we enkel om je het gevraagde antwoord te sturen en om de coach het gesprek te laten verderzetten.
Waarvoor we ze gebruiken
- Om de app te laten werken: je challenge, je voortgang en de opvolging door je coach.
- Om een coach automatisch te laten antwoorden op reacties met een sleutelwoord en het gesprek verder te laten voeren.
- Om je meldingen en, als je dat vraagt, e-mails te sturen (bijvoorbeeld je vergeten gebruikerscode).
We verkopen je gegevens niet. We gebruiken ze niet voor reclame en delen ze niet met andere bedrijven om je iets te verkopen. Gegevens uit Instagram zijn enkel zichtbaar voor de coach van wie het account is, en voor ons als beheerder wanneer dat nodig is voor ondersteuning.
Wie ons helpt
Voor het draaien van de app gebruiken we enkele dienstverleners die je gegevens enkel in onze opdracht verwerken:
- Supabase: database en opslag (servers in de Europese Unie, Ierland).
- Netlify: het hosten van de app en deze website.
- Anthropic: de chatassistent in de app (de tekst van je vraag wordt verwerkt om een antwoord te maken).
- Meta (Instagram): voor de Instagram-functie voor coaches.
- Telegram: meldingen voor coaches.
- Resend: het versturen van e-mails.
- Stripe: betalingen van abonnementen voor coaches.
Hoe lang we ze bewaren
We bewaren je gegevens zolang je de app gebruikt. Koppelt een coach zijn Instagram los, dan wissen we de toegangssleutel meteen en trekken we de toegang bij Instagram in. De bijhorende gesprekken wissen we op vraag, binnen 30 dagen. Vraag je ons om je gegevens te wissen, dan doen we dat binnen 30 dagen.
Je rechten
Je mag je gegevens inkijken, laten verbeteren of laten wissen, en je kan bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik ervan. Mail daarvoor naar cedric.de.wilde@hotmail.be. Hoe je je gegevens laat verwijderen, lees je op Gegevens verwijderen. Ben je niet tevreden over hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kan je ook klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

What data we use
When you use the app
- Your name, your user code and, if you provide them, your email address and phone number.
- Your challenge progress: habits you tick off, measurements, photos you upload yourself, points and orders you enter yourself.
- Messages with your coach and with the chat assistant in the app.
- If you turn on notifications: the technical details needed to send them.
When you connect your Instagram as a coach
- The name and ID of your Instagram account and the access token Instagram gives us after your permission.
- Your reels and posts, so you can pick one in the app.
- The comments under the reel you connect, and the username and ID of the person who commented.
- The messages in the conversations that start this way.
When you comment under a coach's reel
We receive your Instagram username and ID, your comment and the messages you then exchange with the coach. We only use these to send you the information you asked for and to let the coach continue the conversation.
What we use it for
- To run the app: your challenge, your progress and the follow-up by your coach.
- To let a coach automatically reply to comments with a keyword and continue the conversation.
- To send you notifications and, when you ask for it, emails (for example your forgotten user code).
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with other companies to sell you anything. Instagram data is only visible to the coach who owns the account, and to us as the administrator when needed for support.
Who helps us
To run the app we use a few service providers that only process your data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and storage (servers in the European Union, Ireland).
- Netlify: hosting of the app and this website.
- Anthropic: the chat assistant in the app (the text of your question is processed to create an answer).
- Meta (Instagram): for the Instagram feature for coaches.
- Telegram: notifications for coaches.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Stripe: subscription payments for coaches.
How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as you use the app. When a coach disconnects their Instagram, we immediately delete the access token and revoke the access with Instagram. The related conversations are deleted on request, within 30 days. When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email cedric.de.wilde@hotmail.be to do so. How to have your data deleted is explained on Data deletion. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
